Summary
This study reviews medical records of 150 patients aged 90 or older who had elective inguinal hernia repair with mesh. The goal is to see how often moderate to severe complications occur and what factors might increase risk. The findings will help doctors better understand the safety of this common surgery in very elderly patients.
