Staples vs stitches: the battle for a less painful hernia recovery

Summary
This study aims to find out if using surgical staples causes less pain after hernia surgery compared to traditional stitches. Researchers will compare the two methods in 168 men having a common type of inguinal hernia repair. The main goal is to see which fixation technique leads to lower pain scores in the days following the operation.
