Summary

This study tested three methods of securing mesh during keyhole hernia repair: surgical glue, stitches, or metal tacks. Researchers wanted to see which method caused the least pain and best quality of life after surgery. 75 adults with a first-time inguinal hernia took part and were followed for 6 months.
