New program aims to close the cancer care gap for rural families at high risk
NCT ID NCT07381985
Summary
This study is testing a new support program for adults who have inherited gene changes that increase their cancer risk, especially those living in rural areas. The program provides personalized care plans and regular check-ins over two years to help participants follow recommended cancer screenings and prevention steps. Researchers will see if this approach improves how well people stick to their health plans and reduces their stress about cancer risk.
