Can a dash of spice tame your Potato's sugar spike?
NCT ID NCT07254624
Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if adding herbs and spices to a potato meal changes how much your blood sugar rises afterward. Researchers will have 10 participants eat potato meals with and without herbs and spices in a random order. They will use a wearable glucose monitor to track blood sugar levels for about 10 days to measure any differences.
