First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tested a supplement made from katuk and torbangun leaves and snakehead fish to see if it could increase breast milk production in new mothers. 160 healthy women who had just given birth took the supplement or a placebo for 15 days. The main goal was to see if their babies gained more weight, which would indicate enough milk supply.
