First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tested a supplement made from katuk leaves, torbangun leaves, and snakehead fish in 160 new mothers to see if it could increase breast milk production. The mothers took the supplement for 15 days, and the researchers measured the babies' weight gain as a sign of sufficient milk supply. The goal was to find a natural way to support breastfeeding.
