Ancient herbs tested for modern accident recovery

NCT ID NCT07254169

Summary

This study is testing whether a traditional herbal medicine strategy can help reduce fatigue in people who have been in a car accident. Forty participants, who have had fatigue for 12 to 24 weeks after their accident, will be randomly assigned to receive either the herbal medicine plus educational materials, or just the educational materials alone. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue, sleep, mood, and body composition over 12 weeks to see if the herbs provide extra benefit.
