Ancient herbs vs. modern fatigue: can traditional medicine ease Post-Accident exhaustion?
NCT ID NCT07254169
Summary
This study is testing whether herbal medicine can help reduce fatigue that lingers after traffic accidents. Forty adults aged 40-69 who have had fatigue for 12-24 weeks after an accident will receive either herbal medicine plus education or education alone for 4 weeks, followed by 8 weeks of monitoring. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue levels, sleep quality, mood, and body composition to see if the herbal treatment provides additional relief.
