New scan could predict breast cancer drug success

Summary
This study tests a special PET scan that uses a radioactive tracer to see how well breast cancer patients respond to a type of drug called an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). The goal is to see if changes in tracer uptake can predict treatment success. About 50 adults with HER2-positive or low tumors will be scanned before and after therapy.
