Summary
This study looks at how differences in HER2 levels and location across tumors impact the effectiveness of the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan in people with metastatic breast cancer. Researchers will follow 800 participants to see if these variations affect how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to better understand who benefits most from this treatment.
