NCT ID NCT01466192
Summary
This study tested whether adding an investigational drug called MP-424 to the standard two-drug treatment was safe and effective for people with a specific type of hepatitis C (genotype 2) whose infection had returned after previous therapy. It involved 108 participants and measured whether the virus remained undetectable long after treatment ended. The goal was to control the viral infection and prevent liver damage.
