Summary
This study will screen nearly 240,000 adults in Phichit, Thailand, who were born before 1992 and may have undiagnosed hepatitis B. Those who test positive will be linked to care and offered a daily antiviral pill to control the virus and prevent liver damage. The goal is to find infected individuals early and keep them on treatment to reduce the risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer.
