Summary

This study is testing the safety and effects of an experimental oral drug called selgantolimod in people who have both chronic hepatitis B and HIV. The main goal is to see if the drug can safely lower the amount of hepatitis B surface antigen in the blood. All 29 participants will continue taking their regular antiviral medications for both viruses throughout the trial.
