First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tested two easy methods to help picky toddlers (18-36 months old) try new vegetables. One group of families tried veggies with a tasty dip, while the other group had parents eat the veggies alongside their child. Over 4 weeks, families completed 8 tasting sessions. The goal was to see if these approaches were practical and if they helped kids enjoy vegetables more.
