New e-Intervention aims to boost emotional health in struggling teens

Summary
This study tests a 6-month online program called HELP that helps youth aged 12-17 with mental distress improve their emotional health and lifestyle habits like physical activity, sleep, and screen time. About 130 participants will either start the program right away or wait 6 months. Researchers will compare their emotional health and lifestyle changes over a year.
