First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how having certain gut worms (helminths) and COVID-19 antibodies changes the immune system and gut bacteria. Researchers will collect blood and stool samples from 1500 people in India to measure infections and immune markers. The goal is to understand how these factors interact, not to test a new treatment.
