Summary

This study tested a set of simple tools called the "Hello Bundle" to see if it could reduce burnout among intensive care unit (ICU) healthcare workers. Over 7,300 staff from 146 hospitals took part. The bundle included posters, morning huddles, and a "Hello Jar" to encourage a positive work environment. The goal was to lower burnout rates from 40% to 30%.
