First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested a set of simple workplace changes, called the "Hello Bundle," to see if they could reduce burnout among ICU healthcare workers. Over 7,300 staff from 146 hospitals took part. The bundle included posters, morning huddles, and a "Hello Jar" to encourage a supportive environment. The goal was to see if these small actions could lower burnout rates from 40% to 30%.
