Summary
This study tested two physical therapy methods for people with heel spurs: myofascial release alone versus myofascial release plus taping. 38 adults aged 30-40 with confirmed heel spurs and at least moderate pain took part. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves foot function. Results will help guide treatment choices for this common foot condition.
