Summary
This study tests whether heated yoga or sauna sessions, combined with a mindfulness app, can help reduce symptoms of depression. Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 18 to 65 who have at least moderate depression. Participants will be assigned to one of the two heat-based activities and use the app to track their mood and mindfulness.
