Summary
This pilot study looks at whether children with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) can safely eat heated forms of cow's milk and hen's egg without their disease coming back. Researchers will gradually introduce less heated versions to see if tolerance can be built. The trial involves 36 children who are currently in remission on a strict avoidance diet.
