Summary

This study is testing whether 30 sessions of far infrared sauna bathing can improve heart and metabolic health in adults with obesity. Researchers want to see if this heat therapy can lower blood pressure and improve how the body handles blood sugar. The trial is recruiting 20 participants to measure these changes.
