Summary
This study tested whether a once-daily anti-rejection medication (Envarsus) works as well as the standard twice-daily drug (Prograf) in heart transplant patients. Researchers looked at rates of organ rejection and graft failure, and whether taking the drug once a day helps patients stick to their treatment. The study involved 50 adult heart transplant recipients.
