Summary
This study looks at 224 adults who had heart surgery for tetralogy of Fallot as children. Researchers use MRI scans and blood tests to measure scarring in the heart muscle. The goal is to see if this scarring is linked to future heart problems like arrhythmias or heart failure. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
