Heart scan strategy tested to stop future cardiac crises

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to monitor high-risk patients who have had a stent placed to open a blocked heart artery. It will compare using regular coronary CT angiography (a detailed heart scan) against standard guideline-based follow-up care. The goal is to see if the scan-based approach helps doctors make better treatment decisions to prevent future heart attacks, deaths, or other major heart problems.
