Summary
This study is testing whether inhaling a medication called Aroxxen® during and after stent placement surgery can protect heart muscle from damage. Researchers will enroll 180 patients who need elective stent surgery for coronary artery disease. The goal is to find the best dose and timing of the inhaled treatment while checking if it's safe and reduces heart injury markers.
