Summary

This study looks at how common heart nerve damage (cardiac autonomic neuropathy) is in children and teens with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will check 75 participants aged 18 or younger who have had diabetes for at least 5 years. The goal is to see if longer diabetes duration or poor blood sugar control is linked to this nerve problem.
