Summary

This study looks at whether a new type of heart medication, called a cardiac myosin inhibitor, can improve blood flow in the small blood vessels of the heart in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Researchers will use special ultrasound imaging to measure blood flow before and after starting the medication. The study involves 30 participants who are already planning to take this medication as part of their regular care.
