Home sooner? study tests remote heart checks after valve surgery
NCT ID NCT07456280
Summary
This study aims to see if patients who have a new aortic valve implanted (TAVI) and develop a specific heart rhythm issue can safely go home from the hospital sooner. They will use a remote heart monitor at home instead of staying in the hospital for observation. The goal is to compare this early discharge approach with standard care to see if it is just as safe and effective.
