Summary
This study watches 200,000 Chinese adults with heart disease to see how well their heart and lungs work during exercise. Researchers use a special bike test to measure oxygen use and breathing. They will follow participants for 5 years to see if these tests can predict heart attacks, strokes, or the need for repeat procedures. The goal is to better understand and forecast heart risks.
