Can a tiny heart sensor beat pills for keeping patients out of the hospital?
NCT ID NCT06783335
Summary
This study aims to see if a small, implanted sensor that monitors heart pressure from home works better than standard medications alone for people with chronic heart failure. It will follow over 2,000 patients for two years to compare how many people are hospitalized or pass away in each group. The goal is to find better ways to manage this long-term condition and keep people healthier at home.
