NCT ID NCT07442903
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a small sensor placed in the lung artery to monitor heart pressure in people with severe tricuspid regurgitation and heart failure. The sensor sends daily readings to doctors, who can adjust medications early to prevent hospital stays. About 45 adults will get the sensor before or during valve repair and be followed for 12 months.
