Can heart failure patients stop some medications after recovery?

NCT ID NCT06724653

Summary

This study is testing whether heart failure patients whose heart function has returned to normal can safely reduce their medication load. Researchers will randomly assign 150 participants to either continue their current medications or gradually taper off certain drugs. The goal is to see if medication reduction leads to heart failure relapse while potentially improving quality of life.
