NCT ID NCT07435662

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether pharmacist-led medication adjustments and simple educational materials can help heart failure patients with limited access to care get the right medications. About 40 adults with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction will be randomly assigned to either the pharmacist intervention or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and improves medication dosing.
