Summary
This study tests a program designed to help people with heart failure take their medications as prescribed. The program focuses on building confidence and skills, and will be tested with 870 adults in Pakistan who have trouble sticking to their medication routine. The goal is to improve quality of life, reduce hospital visits, and see if the program is cost-effective for wider use.
