Simple arm check could shorten heart failure hospital stays

NCT ID NCT07400042

Summary

This study aims to see if giving doctors daily measurements of pressure in a patient's arm vein helps people hospitalized for worsening heart failure. Researchers will compare standard care to care guided by this pressure reading. They want to find out if this approach helps patients go home sooner and reduces the chance they need to return to the hospital within 30 days.
