Summary
This study is testing a small device called a coronary sinus reducer in people with a common type of heart failure where the heart muscle pumps normally but is too stiff to fill properly. The device is implanted in a vein of the heart and is designed to reduce pressure and improve symptoms like shortness of breath. Researchers will measure changes in heart pressure during exercise and track participants' symptoms and quality of life.
