Massive 5-Year study tests heart device to keep patients out of hospital

Summary
This study is collecting long-term information on a device called CCM therapy, which is implanted to help manage heart failure. It will follow 5,500 patients for at least five years to see if the device safely reduces hospital visits and improves daily life. The goal is to understand how well this treatment works in real-world settings outside of controlled clinical trials.
