Using your Body's own cells to fight heart failure

NCT ID NCT06258447

Summary

This study is testing whether injecting a patient's own concentrated bone marrow cells directly into the weakened heart muscle can help people with chronic heart failure caused by a past heart attack. The goal is to see if this cell therapy is safe and can reduce serious events like death, heart transplants, or hospital stays while improving quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the cell injection or a standard diagnostic heart catheterization procedure for comparison.
