NCT ID NCT07347925

First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at 140 adults with heart failure who are admitted to the hospital. It compares those who were already taking a medicine called ARNI before coming in to those who were not. Researchers will check medical records for heart and kidney events and hospital stay length. The goal is to learn if pre-hospital ARNI use is linked to better short-term outcomes.
