Summary

This study is testing a new system that uses data from an implanted heart device to predict worsening heart failure. About 100 patients in Italy will use a smartphone app that sends alerts to their doctors, giving an average 42-day warning before a serious event. The main goal is to see how often these alerts lead to a helpful action, like adjusting medication or scheduling a check-up.
