Doctors track Long-Term results of new heart hole plug

Summary
This study is monitoring the long-term safety and effectiveness of a specific medical device used to close a hole in the wall between the heart's lower chambers. It follows 50 patients who have already received the implant to see how well it works over time and to check for any serious complications. The goal is to gather more real-world experience using this device.
