First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether meeting with a coach—either in person or by video—helps adults with a certain type of heart failure (HFpEF) exercise more regularly. 300 participants will be placed into one of three groups for 18 months: usual care, in-person coaching, or video coaching. Researchers will track exercise minutes, symptoms, and blood markers to see which approach works best.
