Mystery heart attacks: researchers probe why damage occurs in 'Open' arteries

Summary
This study aims to understand why some people have heart attacks even when their main heart arteries don't show significant blockages. Researchers will use two advanced imaging techniques—one to examine artery walls and another to look at heart muscle damage—in 15 patients who've had heart attacks with 'open' arteries. The goal is to identify hidden causes and patterns that might explain these puzzling cases.
