Summary
This study is testing whether a special nursing education program helps people who recently had a heart attack feel more confident and take better care of their heart. Researchers will compare patients who get this extra support to those who receive standard care alone. The goal is to see if the program improves healthy habits like diet, exercise, and quitting smoking to control heart disease.
