Advanced scans uncover hidden causes of mysterious heart attacks

Summary
This study uses two advanced imaging techniques to identify the underlying causes of heart attacks in people whose coronary arteries appear clear on standard tests. Researchers will follow 450 participants for up to 10 years to track their health outcomes. The goal is to better understand and diagnose these puzzling heart attacks to improve future treatment approaches.
