Summary

This study tests special listening exercises designed to help people with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) hear more clearly, especially in noisy environments. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 18-55 with a history of mTBI. Participants will undergo targeted auditory training, and their hearing improvements will be measured using speech-in-noise tests and brain wave recordings.
