Summary
This research study aims to better understand how adults and children with cochlear implants or auditory brainstem implants process different sounds. Researchers will measure how accurately participants identify speech and distinguish between sounds like pitch and volume. The study involves 200 participants and uses listening tests to gather information that could help improve future hearing implant technology.
