NCT ID NCT05419960

First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether children and young adults (ages 12-20) with osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease) have problems with hearing and balance. Researchers will use hearing tests, balance tests, and scans to find links between the genetic type and severity of the disease and these issues. The goal is to better understand how osteogenesis imperfecta affects the ears and balance system.
